Franchell Ryna' Ministry Presents

Pillow Talk: YOU vs. YOU

What happens when the person you're struggling to forgive is YOU?

You've forgiven other people.

You've prayed about what happened.

You've asked God to help you move forward.

But somehow, you're still replaying your part.

The decision you wish you hadn't made.
The relationship you stayed in too long.
The opportunity you missed.
The season when you knew better—but didn't do better.
The version of yourself you wish you could go back and change.

And while you've extended grace to everyone else, you've struggled to give that same grace to yourself.

Sis, it's time for a Pillow Talk.

Pillow Talk: You vs. You — A Forgiveness Story is a cozy, honest virtual evening for millennial women who are ready to confront the guilt, shame, regret, and grudges they've been carrying against themselves.

This isn't about pretending the past didn't happen.

It's about learning how to acknowledge it, give it to God, receive His grace, and stop allowing who you were to fight against who you're becoming.

The longest war we'll ever fight is the one between who we were and who we're becoming and on August 26, 2026 we're talking about how to finally begin making peace.

What We're Talking About

  • Why forgiving ourselves can sometimes feel harder than forgiving others
  • The difference between conviction and condemnation
  • How guilt and shame can keep us emotionally connected to our past
  • Giving ourselves permission to grow beyond previous versions of ourselves
  • Extending to ourselves the grace we so freely give to other people
  • Practical tools for navigating self-forgiveness
  • How to move forward without constantly punishing yourself for what happened
  • Allowing God's truth—not your worst moment—to define who you are

Featuring a Special Guest Forgiveness Coach

You don't have to figure out the journey toward forgiveness by yourself.

We'll be joined by a special Forgiveness Coach who will bring practical tools, insight, and support to help us understand what it actually looks like to work through self-forgiveness.

We'll also have time for conversation and Q&A so you can walk away with practical steps you can continue using after Pillow Talk ends.

Live Webinar

August 26, 2026
8:00pm Eastern Time

This isn't your typical Virtual Event

We're creating a different kind of room.

No pressure to have everything together.

No pretending.

No judgment.

Come in your pajamas.

Grab your favorite pillow or blanket.

Bring your journal.

Make your favorite tea, coffee, or late-night drink.

Find a comfortable spot.

And come ready for an honest conversation with yourself and God.

Throughout the evening, we'll have guided reflection, practical coaching, biblical encouragement, prayer, and intentional moments to begin releasing what you've been holding against yourself.

You can participate as much—or as quietly—as you need.

Bring with You

Your favorite pajamas
Your pillow or blanket
A journal + pen
Your favorite cozy drink
An open heart

And maybe the version of yourself you've been avoiding.

We'll make room for her, too.

This Event is for you if......

You've ever thought:

"I should've known better."

"Why did I allow that?"

"I can't believe I did that."

"I wasted so much time."

"I disappointed God."

"I wish I could go back and change it."

"I know God forgave me...but I haven't forgiven myself."

You don't have to keep fighting yesterday's version of you.

There is grace for her.

There is healing for her.

And there is still purpose ahead of you.

You cannot rewrite yesterday.

But you can decide that yesterday will no longer have permission to control tomorrow.

Join us for an intimate night of conversation, reflection, biblical encouragement, practical tools, and prayer as we begin doing something many of us have avoided for far too long:

Forgiving ourselves.
